£5 - Standard shipping (Royal Mail) 2-3 days from dispatch.
A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order is being processed. Royal Mail will leave a calling card for re-delivery should they miss you.

£10 - Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (Royal Mail)
Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.
Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Any orders placed on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

£12- Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (Royal Mail). Orders must be placed by 1pm on Fridays.

Any orders that require re-delivery will be charged at £7.00

During any Royal Mail strike action we will use DHL Express so your delivery will not be affected.

Proper care and maintenance can help ensure that your jewellery lasts for many years. Here are a few tips on how to care for your jewellery:

1. Store jewellery properly: Jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Use a jewellery box or a soft cloth bag to prevent scratches and tangling. All our jewellery comes with a soft cloth pouch as standard.

2. Clean jewellery regularly: Clean your jewellery regularly using a soft brush and mild soap and water, or a specialised jewellery cleaner. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage certain types of jewellery.

3. Avoid exposing jewellery to chemicals: Jewelry should be removed before swimming or bathing, as chlorine and other chemicals can damage or discolour certain types of jewellery. It's also best to avoid exposing jewellery to perfume, lotions and hair spray.

4. Be mindful of physical activities: Remove jewellery before engaging in activities that may cause damage, such as sports or heavy manual labor.

5. Have it serviced: Have your jewellery serviced by a professional jeweller at least once a year to check for loose stones or worn prongs, which can cause stones to fall out. If you have any issues with your jewellery please contact our care team at care@touchofpearls.com.

6. Keep it separate: Store different types of jewellery separately to avoid scratches and tangling, for example, store pearl and opals separately as they are more delicate and can get scratched by harder stones.
